Most of my products are made to order and take time to create. Please allow the following processing times:

I entered the wrong mailing address to my order - help!?

Let me know ASAP! I will change the address on your order if I haven’t shipped it yet. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do. Please call your local USPS store to discuss options.

Do you take Custom Orders?

Absolutely, YES! This is my favorite thing to do. I love creating new things! In the navigation bar you’ll find a “custom order request” page. Fill in the form and let me know your ideas - I’ll do my best to create it! 

How large can you print your art?

My home printer can print up to 8” x 10”. If you prefer anything larger I can email you a .jpg or .png file which you can use to print anywhere you’d like!

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Most of my products are personalized or made to order which would lead to a lot of waste if returned or exchanged. Please be sure to take your time when ordering to ensure it is exactly what you want!

Damaged Items

I do my best when packaging your orders to ensure they arrive to you safely. But there is always a chance something will damage them along the way. If so, please contact me ASAP and we can discuss the options.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We cannot be held liable for missing packages. I am unable to replace packages that were lost or stolen in transit. If you think this may have happened contact your local USPS store.
